Savills’ London & National auction in July will comprise 144 lots, including a rooftop development opportunity in Lombard Lane, close to Fleet Street, EC4, with a guide price of £460,000+ and a block of 18 luxury flats in Solihull, West Midlands.
“The overall sense [at our May sale] was that there was a larger pool of serious and motivated buyers wanting to trade in the room,” said Chris Coleman-Smith, director of Savills auctions. “Although there is uncertainty about what a new prime minister would mean, many buyers and sellers are now coming together on price, which is really encouraging.”
The auction will take place on 17 July at the Marriott, Grosvenor Square, W1.
