Savills has appointed Cushman & Wakefield retail partner Andy Hall to work in its Manchester office as a director in the out of town retail team.
Hall has worked at the Cushman & Wakefield office for more than 10 years. He joined in 2008 when Cushman & Wakefield acquired his retail warehousing based firm Petch Hall, a two-man outfit which Hall set up himself alongside former partner Chris Petch in 2001.
Hall will most likely start his new role in the summer after a period of gardening leave.
