Savills poaches JLL director for top EMEA occupier services job

Savills has hired a senior JLL director to lead its occupier services division across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as the agency looks to grow its presence in the region.

Christina Sigliano, who worked in JLL’s Brisbane office before returning to London for a senior director role in its Capital Works team in 2015, will be tasked with expanding Savills’ occupier client base throughout the EMEA region. She will bring experience of having worked with clients across the insurance, tech, pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors.

Prior to JLL, Sigliano was also vice president at HOK Architects, where she worked across Europe in a business development role for a decade, expanding the company’s coverage across the continent.

Sigliano said: “With offices starting to reopen it has never been more crucial for occupiers to listen to their employees in terms of how they want to work and it is therefore a very exciting and important time for this market.”

She has also been part of the real estate nonprofit organisation CoreNet for the past 20 years, and is the current CoreNet UK Chapter President, a role that began in 2020 and was extended because of the pandemic.

Jeremy Bates, Savills’ head of EMEA occupational markets, said: “Christina has a wealth of expertise and knowledge across the real estate industry and we are absolutely delighted to welcome her to our growing team.

“Her passion and drive will be a huge asset to our global occupier services business both complementing our existing teams and helping to augment them further.”
