Some 355 individual fee earners have been promoted across Savills UK business.
The consultancy has promoted 161 employees to associate, 116 to associate director and 78 to director levels. The promotions, which span its project consultancy, business space, central London and international, development, hotel, leisure and trading, housing, lettings, operational capital markets, planning, professional services, property management, residential, residential development sales, retail, rural, energy and projects and UK investment and valuation business units, follow an “extraordinarily strong” 2021.
UK & EMEA chief executive James Sparrow said: “I want to congratulate each of these individuals on their much deserved promotions. The last two years have been hugely challenging for everyone in the work environment and it is an enormous credit to be promoted against that backdrop. The number of promotions also demonstrates our commitment as a business to grow, diversify and evolve.”

Among the promotions to director were Dan Barnes in the business space and office agency division in Manchester; Julia Mountford in the planning team in Reading, Berkshire; Brad Johnson, principal sustainability consultant, property management, in the Leeds office; James Burke in the European cross-border investment team and Lindsay Gill in residential development sales, both based at Savills’ London HQ on Margaret Street, W1.
