Savills has raised £300m from 887 property lots via its live-streamed auctions so far this year.

Savills auctions director Gary Murphy said: “Having raised over £300m so far this year and several million more in today’s auction than our June sale, we are cautiously optimistic about the months ahead.”

Savills next auctions will take place on 1 and 20 September. Instructions are being taken with 100 lots already confirmed.
