Savills has released its June auction catalogue, offering more than 160 lots.
The residential, commercial and development sale on 21 June includes more than eight opportunities guided at £1m-plus.
Highlights include a three-storey HMO in Bristol with a guide price of £1.2m and a 22,000 sq ft freehold office in Barnsley guided at £1.9m.
Savills auctions director Jeremy Lamb said: “May was another busy month for Savills Auctions as we held two sales which raised more than £60m, bringing our total raised in 2023 to £226m – a 57% increase year-on-year.
“We continue to see good levels of interest across the board with our results demonstrating the accessibility and level playing field provided by our live stream method of sale.”
Other highlights include:
- A pair of detached houses in Hounslow, west London, with potential for redevelopment. Currently let at £120,000 per annum, they are offered with a guide price of £2.5m
- A two-bedroom cottage in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire (pictured). The property is in need of renovation and is guided at £275,000
- A freehold property comprising a mix of commercial units and a residential flat in Balham, south London. Let at £101,200 per annum, it is being offered with a guide of 1.95m
The sale is by remote bidding only, with bids online, over the phone or submitted proxy bids in advance.
