Savills has overhauled the top team of its UK industrial and logistics agency business, including appointing a new national head of the division.
Richard Sullivan is stepping back as national head after 12 years to become chairman of industrial and logistics. Toby Green, who has led the London and South East team, will take his place.
The firm has also promoted Jon Atherton, the Manchester-based lead director in its North West team, to become regional head. Jon will work closely with Toby and support him in his new role along with the lead directors in our regional teams.
In the agency’s 2025 outlook paper, it highlighted “undersupplied or late-developing” logistics markets as an investment pick for the year ahead.
“There remain areas of undersupply across the country particularly in the larger size ranges which may be suitable for speculative development,” the firm said. “For standing assets, we expect stronger rental growth in markets which continue to have limited supply and pipeline in certain size bands.”
