Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Savills to provide leasing and professional advice on Old George Mall Shopping Centre in Salisbury.
Savills is replacing Gooch Cunliffe Whale and Briant Champion Long on the 170,000 sq ft scheme, which is anchored by Marks & Spencer and BHS.
Savills acted for Orchard Street Investment in June when it purchased Old George Mall from Doughty for £81m – a 6.5% net initial yield.
Savills retail director Dan Peake said: “Old George Mall is a strong regional shopping centre with an excellent tenant mix, and strong retailer demand. We are pleased to be appointed on the scheme and look forward to bringing Savills’ innovative thinking to the letting, professional, and asset management strategy for this key retail asset.”
