Richard Caring-backed restaurant group Bill’s has appointed Savills to advise on its nationwide expansion plans.
Following its successful launch of two new café/bar concepts earlier this year in Newbury and St Albans, the group now plans to launch in two additional locations – Milton Keynes and Street in Somerset – before Christmas.
Bill’s currently operates more than 40 sites across the UK and is now building its property pipeline for 2025 and beyond, selecting sites for its new café/bar concept and its established restaurant format.
George Collison, associate director in Savills’ restaurants and leisure team, said: “The new café/bar format demonstrates the business’s understanding of the need to evolve in line with consumer preferences. The expansion not only reflects the strength of Bill’s as an operator and brand but is also an encouraging sign in terms of the UK eating-out market.”
