Savills’ March auction will see 184 properties go under the hammer, making it the company’s largest sale since February 2018.
The catalogue comprises commercial and development opportunities, with 14 lots valued at more than £1m and 42 lots over £500,000. It follows Savills’ first sale of the year which raised £34.75m, with 80% of lots offered going under the hammer.
Key properties include a Grade II-listed mid-terrace in Bloomsbury, WC1, guided at £4.4m (pictured), a £7.5m development plot in Highgate, N10, and a Cheshire site with planning for 49 dwellings.
Robin Howeson, head of Savills Auctions, said: “The response to our March catalogue has been extremely positive and the feedback we have had from buyers suggests that they perceive there to be some very strong opportunities right across the board. It will be one of our largest spring sales to date and, given that there is a real range of properties, we are expecting it to end with a good result.”
