Mothercare has appointed Savills’ industrial building consultancy team to manage the development of its 300,000 sq ft national distribution centre at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal.
Work on the recently acquired premises is expected to be completed by June this year.
Savills is acting as project representative, covering due diligence, design and build, project monitoring and fit-out.
