Savills has been appointed to manage the Kennet Shopping Centre in Newbury by the Newbury Unit Trust.
Savills is also the existing leasing agent at the 200,000 sq ft scheme, which has over 50 stores including Debenhams, New Look, T K Maxx, Superdrug and Laura Ashley.
There is also a new ‘leisure box’ anchored by Vue, totalling approximately 35,000 sq ft, which opens in November 2009.
Richard Hulme, director at Savills, said: “We are very pleased to be expanding the Savills role at the Kennet Shopping Centre.
“The scheme is well established as a strong retail destination in Newbury and, as part of our new role, we will be working closely with our client and colleagues to really augment the centre and customer experience.”
