Savills to sell prime Panama logistics park

SELP-Marseille-Logistics-THUMBSavills has been instructed to sell the leasehold interest of Grupo Vicsons’ and Hines’ Parque Sur Logistics Park in Panama City, Panama.

Set across 104 acres, the property comprises 10 buildings providing 1.8m sq ft of grade A office, warehouse and distribution space.

The park also contains 727,210 sq ft under construction and set for delivery in 2016. There is scope for development on 192,426 sq ft of vacant land.

The park is fully let and offers a net operating income of $16.1m (£11m).

Javier Kutz Clever, director at Savills Panama City, said: “Panama City is one of the most important global trade and logistics destinations in the world, and one of the fastest-growing economies in Latin America.”
