Savills has been instructed as the managing agent, joint retail leasing agent and professional services advisor at Willow Place and Corby Town Shopping Centre in Northamptonshire.
The centre was bought by Europa Capital Partners and Sovereign Land for £71.7m earlier this year, reflecting an initial yield of 7.25%.
Savills advised on the purchase, which incorporates 146 shops.
Steve Henderson, retail director at Savills, said: “The town’s retail offer continues to go from strength to strength, with 14 new lettings and seven lease renewals completed over the last 15 months.”
