Savills has won a mandate to run close to 100 properties for asset manager Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets.
The agency will provide property management services across 98 properties in the UK, including those in Legal & General’s Managed Fund, which consists of 68 properties and is valued at more than £3bn.
Savills will review processes and initiatives across the portfolio, with a focus on customer experience and place shaping as well as sustainability and corporate social responsibility goals.
Sarah Bean, director in the property management team at Savills, said: “We are living in a world that is significantly different to 10 years ago. Customers expect more from the spaces they occupy and our shared values and aligned outlook of occupier services makes this a particularly exciting appointment.”
