Global waste handler SCA Recycling has leased a 125,000 sq ft warehouse from electrical giant Dixons.
SCA has taken over the retailer’s eight-year lease on Plot 8 at Hounsdown Business Park in Totten, Hampshire, at rent of £7 per sq ft.
It will use the warehouse, owned by insurer Axa Sun Life, as a waste management centre for recycling contracts around Southampton.
