Scarborough International Properties has put in plans to Leeds City Council for a 130,000 sq ft office, which will sit within its Thorpe Park masterplan.
The seven-floor office will sit on top of a two-storey landscaped podium which will hide parking, plant and office ancillary space from the public realm.
The office will be within the Thorpe Park masterplan, which Scarborough is developing alongside its joint venture partner Legal & General.
Overall, the masterplan will see an 800,000 sq ft business park and 140 acres of parkland and public realm space created, as well as 300 homes.
The 350,000 sq ft retail and leisure component of the scheme, The Springs, opened in 2018 and occupiers include River Island, Next, TK Maxx, Outfit, Boots, Odeon and Pure Gym.
