Scarborough Group International has secured two new leases at King William House in Bristol’s Queen Square.
The two leases total 5,313 sq ft. Nomensa signed for an additional 3,037 sq ft at a rent of £33,407 pa, while Hobbs Reprographics took 2,276 sq ft on a 10-year lease at a rent of £19,346 pa.
Scarborough bought and refurbished King William House in 2005. There is now 6,000 sq ft remaining in the building.
Simon McCabe, managing director of Scarborough Group International, said: “There is currently high demand for grade A office space in Bristol and we hope to complete the leasing of the remaining units shortly, with one further unit already under offer.”
