Moda Living has appointed Scarborough Group International’s Lee Savage as UK development director.

Savage was previously group development director at Scarborough where he was responsible for projects such as Middlewood Locks in Salford. He was also previously development director at Urban Splash.

Savage will be responsible for leading Moda Living’s PRS schemes in cities such as Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds and London.

Founded in 2014, Moda Living has a PRS development pipeline comprising around 5,000 units with an end GDV of £1bn.

Tony Brooks, director at Moda Living, said: “The Moda team has a very fixed vision and that is to bring to market a best-in-class UK-wide rental platform that offers a lifestyle choice not currently available outside of London.”
