The world’s first permanent Scavi & Ray prosecco bar is opening at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway in Bristol.
The bar will occupy 1,085 sq ft on a five-year lease in the shopping centre’s central atrium on the Upper Mall.
It will offer sparkling cocktails alongside Italian artisanal foods and Scavi & Ray coffee.
The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is owned by M&G Real Estate, intu and JT Baylis.
Colin Flinn, regional director at intu, said: “This deal reflects the centre’s ability to attract tenants that want to sit alongside national and international retailers including John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and Apple.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Time Retail Partners represent the owners of The Mall.
