Spanish bank Santander Central Hispano is selling off a lot of its property assets. Last Wednesday, a draft agreement for the sale of its Barcelona office in Paseo de Gracia was drawn up. The Andorran Reig family is reported to have paid €73m for the building. Other bidders included Inditex shareholder Amancio Ortega and Enric Vives, owner of Boulevard Rosa in Barcelona.
