Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust today announced it had completed three sales totalling £20m, reflecting a yield of 5.3%.
The REIT has sold the 82,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate The Gate Centre in Brentford, Middlesex, for £12.7m – a 4.9% yield.
The 84,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate the Kingsland Trading Estate in Bristol has been sold for £4.1m – a 6.7% yield.
And finally the Solent Road Industrial Estate in Havant, Hampshire, has been sold for £3.2m – a 4.8% yield.
