Schroder REIT has hired UBS Asset Management UK chair Priscilla Davies as an independent non-executive director and senior independent director.
Davies will also join its audit, nomination and management engagement committees with immediate effect.
She has previously held senior roles at Janus Henderson and worked across asset management and alternative investments covering real estate, private equity, infrastructure and renewables.
Davies is also the non-executive director and chair at Cubico Sustainable Investments and Embark Group.
Lorraine Baldry, chairman of the board at Schroder, said: “The depth and breadth of Priscilla’s experience across the financial services sector, including her strong sustainability credentials, will be invaluable as we look to execute on our strategy.”
