Schroder NAV at £325.6m

Schroders-generic-THUMB.jpegSchroder REIT has posted a £325.6m NAV, or 62.9p per share, for the quarter to 30 June 2016.

Its underlying portfolio of 50 properties is valued at £459.4m, producing a rent of £27.6m pa.

The company’s investment strategy is focused on cities with high GDP and population growth, good infrastructure and “being in places people want to live and work”.

It said it remained “well positioned”, having no exposure to the City of London, Canary Wharf or European financial institutions as tenants.

During the quarter and since the quarter end 20 leases have exchanged, including a seven-year lease extension with solicitors Irwin Mitchell at Riverside East in Sheffield and a 15-year lease on a 48,916 sq ft warehouse on Millshaw Industrial Estate, Leeds, to trampoline company Oxygen Freejumping.
