Bill Hughes is taking up the newly created position of head ofresearch at Schroder Properties. He was formerly an associate at JonesLang Wootton Fund Management.
William Hill, director of Shroder said the intention was to develop acapacity in portfolio modelling and risk assessment. These aretechniques that are widely used by equities strategists but not byproperty investors.
Hughes will be responsible for analysing the performance of variousproperty sub-groups and construct portfolios using much smaller classesof properties.
