FINANCE: The Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust posted an 8.7% rise in net asset value to 55.1p per share in the three months to 30 September.
The value of the company’s 54-strong portfolio, which includes office, industrial and retails, rose by 2.6% to £360.9m, and the void rate held steady at 10.7%. Rental value stood at £27.5m per year as of end September, reflecting a reversionary yield of 7.2%.
SREIT will pay a dividend of 0.62p per share for the period on 28 November.
