Schroders Capital has appointed Peter Lowe to head the firm’s UK real estate investment arm, in addition to his existing fund management responsibilities.
In his expanded role, Lowe will focus on optimising the UK real estate team’s ability to deliver outperformance for clients and capture market opportunities.
The move comes shortly after Schroders formed a new leadership team within its real estate business.
