Sciontec appoints agents for Hemisphere Two in Liverpool
Sciontec has appointed Carter Jonas to help attract health and life sciences occupiers to its £95m Hemisphere Two laboratory and workspace development in Liverpool.
The 99,503 sq ft building is the second phase of the scheme, that will, along with Hemisphere One, deliver a combined 216,693 sq ft of data, chemistry, bio and innovation labs, alongside incubator, grow-on and commercial lab space.
Works on the first phase are scheduled to begin in Autumn this year.

Worthington Owen and Avison Young were appointed as agents for Hemisphere One and Liverpool Science Park.
