Scorecard to let companies track ‘how much’ customers value ESG

Data company CACI has launched an environmental, social and governance scorecard to help companies track their customers’ expectations.

The company said the offering lets businesses monitor which ESG factors are the most important to which segments of their customer base, mapping onto existing data sets and giving information down to a postcode level.

CACI added that the information revealed through the scorecard could also be used in discussions with funding partners.

Sue MacLure, director of CACI’s marketing solutions division, said: “People are increasingly concerned about their environmental impact, demanding higher standards of sustainability and employment practices from the businesses they interact with. Our scorecard is vital to helping the wider market fully understand its customers; not just whether they value ESG, but how much, and which elements are most important.”
