Scottish Metropolitan Property is to sell Clarendon House, Solihull, to Lend Lease Solihull, for £7.35m.
This will produce a surplus over book value of £1.25m.
The 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) mixed retail and office investment enjoys net annual rental income of £520,000.
