CKD Galbraith is selling one of the largest agricultural portfolios in Scotland for offers in excess of £14m.
Almost 850 hectares are for sale across Pitlochie Farm, Easter Kilwhiss Farm, Balcanquhal Farm, Corston Mill Farm and Westfield of Pitlochie country house, all situated in the Howe of Fife.
The assets form part of CG Greig (Farms) Ltd, a family-run business, and are available individually or as a whole portfolio.
Duncan Barrie, partner at CKD Galbraith, said: “For such an outstanding portfolio of farms and accompanying farmhouses and buildings to come to the open market under one sale is unprecedented.
“Sold as one substantial portfolio, this sale presents a very rare investment opportunity at a time when farmland prices continue to hold up well in most areas, reflecting the attraction of farmland as a stable investment.”
