HFD hires from Knight Frank to boost flex offering

Scottish property company HFD has hired Lisa Gribben as property management director to support the operation and growth of its serviced portfolio.

The appointment follows the launch of HFD’s new flex concept, Ospa, in February this year. The first-of-its-kind offering in Scotland provides occupiers with “all-inclusive” office space, without the “hidden fees”.

Gribben was previously a partner at Knight Frank for more than 10 years, covering the whole of Scotland, and has more than two decades of experience in property management.

In her new role at HFD, Gribben will support the provision of occupier services to clients across the central belt. The portfolio includes 180,297 sq ft across four buildings at Strathclyde Business Park and 37,000 sq ft at Hamilton International Park. Over 300 businesses operate from HFD’s serviced properties across the two sites.

HFD also manages office space at 177 Bothwell Street in Glasgow city centre, as well the Aurora building at 120 Bothwell Street, which is due to complete later this year.

Rosemary Hill, director of HFD Services, said: “[Gribben] will support us with further development of the new service, while also maintaining our track record with existing occupiers.”
