Argyll Property Asset Managers, on behalf of Scottish Amicable Life Assurance Society, has sold Meirion House, Guildford Road in Woking, Surrey (pictured right), for £5.6m. The sale price reflects a yield of 8.41%.
The 12-year old 3,045 sq m (32,773 sq ft) office building is let to three tenants, including Airtours, for various terms between 3 and 14 years at £486,245 pa.
Knight Frank acted for the vendor. The property was acquired by clients of Weatherall Green & Smith.
