Black Country developer Folkes Properties has prelet a 5,295 sq m (57,000 sq ft) industrial unit to William Younger at Britannia Park, Wednesbury. The brewery is taking a 25-year lease, with a 15-year break, at a reported rent of £49 per sq m (£ per sq ft).
Charles Williamson, managing director for the brewery, said: “The West Midlands is an important growth area for William Younger and the opening of key routes such as the Black Country New Road will help us sustain the high level of service our licensed trade customers expect.”
