Plans for a new Scottish parliament building in Edinburgh are set to rise by a further £37m to reach £375m.
The building under construction at Holyrood is due to be handed over in November, but its interior will not be completely fitted out until next May.
The new rise for the troubled project is attributed to a mixture of incremental increases in construction costs and the additional value-added tax payable on the project.
