Scottish Power is taking the whole of AWG Property’s and HF Development’s newly built 47,200 sq ft Aspect House, on Hamilton International Park, Glasgow.
This is the first major letting at the park for more than two years. The quoting rent was £14.50 per sq ft.
DTZ and Ryden are the agents for the park.
