Riverway Retail Park in Irvine, Scotland, is on the market for offers in excess of £25m – a 7.5% yield.
The retail park is being sold by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of M&G.
Located south west of the North Ayrshire town, and adjacent to the Riverway Shopping Centre, the park comprises 137,930 sq ft of shops arranged around a parking area for 630 cars.
It is let to 12 tenants, including M&S Foodhall, Curry’s and Frankie & Benny’s, proving an annual income of around £1.76m.
