Prologis has signed an agreement to lease 230,500 sq ft to Screwfix at Prologis Park Stafford, West Midlands.
Screwfix will pay rent of around £5.25 per sq ft.
The company already occupies a 545,000 sq ft distribution centre at the park, where it has recently renewed its lease for a further 10-year term.
Prologis Park Stafford, which is at junction 14 of the M6, is now fully let.
Andrew Griffiths, managing director, Prologis UK, said: “There are shortages of both logistics buildings and industrial employment land in the West Midlands, so we are very pleased that we could offer Screwfix a building so close to its existing facility.”
