Online tool supplier Screwfix Direct has agreed a deal with Standard Life Investments to let a new shed in Weybridge, Surrey.
Standard Life, on behalf of Edinburgh City Council, has let the 4,900 sq ft shed on the Waterside Trading Estate to Screwfix on a 10-year lease at £10/sq ft.
Screwfix was represented by Colliers International; Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Standard Life.
