Scudder Threadneedle is selling its stake in a King’s Lynn shopping centre after more than three years of indecision.
It has emerged that Harrison Developments will take the £20m Vancouver Centre redevelopment off ST’s hands.
Last June, a development agreement was signed with West Norfolk council.
Scudder had hired CB Hillier Parker to search for a partner to redevelop the 14,864m2 (160,000 sq ft) retail centre and expand it by 8,361m2 (90,000 sq ft).
