Property and auction business SDL Group is consolidating two of its Birmingham offices and taking three floors at AG Dunedin’s 154 Great Charles Street.
It is taking 10,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
AG Dunedin bought the eight storey, 32,736 sq ft building in 2015 an is about to undertake a £2m refurbishment programme.
Gordon Kellie, Dunedin Asset Management, said: “Our vision for refurbishment is to enhance a building’s existing character while upgrading the workspaces and common areas to create an attractive and desirable location.”
