Seaforth Land hires asset manager from Crown Estate

Seaforth Land has recruited Crown Estate senior asset manager Jon Allgood as head of its asset management division.

Allgood (pictured) will manage the company’s growing London portfolio, including leasing Space House, its Grade II-listed 17-storey redevelopment in Covent Garden, WC2.

At the Crown Estate, Allgood led a team of five overseeing offices in the company’s 10m sq ft central London portfolio. He worked on the launch of the Crown Estate’s first co-working office scheme at One Heddon Street, W1.

Seaforth chief executive, Tyler Goodwin, said: “We’re incredibly pleased to have Jon joining us following an impressive 22-year career at the Crown Estate. As an expert in best-in-class central London offices, Jon has a passion for sustainability and innovation that makes him a great fit for our growing team.”

Allgood said: “Tyler and the team are putting together a formidable platform for future growth, and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
