UK & European Investments has signed Seasalt Cornwall in its Bell Court development in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
The womenswear retailer is the first to sign up to the scheme after its 18-month refurbishment.
The 1,619 sq ft shop will open in early 2018 and will overlook the new public square at the development.
