SEB Enskilda Corporate Finance has appointed Juho Puhakainen as head of real estate. He will be responsible for establishing a real estate financial advisory business in Finland from September.
SEB Enskilda Corporate Finance will offer bespoke investment banking services to real estate investors and corporate real estate owners in Finland.
Puhakainen joins SEB Enskilda from the European Investment Bank, where he worked in a unit specialising in property and infrastructure financing.
