UK & European Investments has appointed Sebastian Meredith as portfolio manager on its London team.
He will work closely with the acquisition and asset management teams on strategy, portfolio management and investor reporting.
Meredith spent four years at Lambert Smith Hampton as part of the investment management and capital markets teams, where he focused on portfolio transactions and property backed non-performing loan portfolios. Before this he was on secondment with Lloyds Banking Group where he worked on the bank’s legacy non-performing commercial real estate debt.
His appointment follows the hiring in January 2017 of Daniel Silverman as acquisitions director.
