Savills raised £42m in its second online auction of the month, with 73% of lots offered finding buyers.
The 28 March sale saw 102 of 139 lots sell.
They included a five-bedroom house in Wokingham (pictured) sold by order of LPA receivers for £1.6m – down from the £1.8m it sold for a year ago.
The house is let on an AST with the £37,200 pa rent paid up until November this year.
A freehold development opportunity to add three flats to an existing block in Tulse Hill, Brixton, SW2, sold for £341,000. The existing block of 14 flats and three commercial units (all sold off on long leases) has consent for three two-bedroom flats to be added to the roof.
A development opportunity in Hackney, London E8, with lapsed planning permissions for residential and office schemes, sold for £1.3m.
The site spans around 7,000 sq ft and includes a Victorian building.
