Secure Income REIT is to pay out an interim distribution to its shareholders for the three months ending 31 December 2018.
The total dividend will be 3.9p per ordinary share, payable on 30 November 2018 to shareholders on the register on 2 November 2018.
The ex-dividend date will be 1 November 2018.
The dividend will be paid as a property income distribution in respect of the company’s tax-exempt property rental business.
