Securis Investment Partners has taken office space on the 12th floor of Gerald Ronson’s Heron Tower, EC2.
The company has agreed terms for 5,100 sq ft at Heron International’s skyscraper.
It is believed to have signed a 10-year lease with a five-year break option, paying in the region of £60 per sq ft.
Securis will relocate from 2,136 sq ft at 50 St Mary Axe, EC3.
At the same time, a number of other firms are under offer for space at the 439,522 sq ft building, including Partnership Assurance.
Ashwell Rogers acted for Securis; CBRE and Savills are letting agents on the Heron Tower.
