Seeda, the south-east regional development agency (RDA), will tell ministers annual subsidies of £30m-£60m are needed to meet the government’s brownfield land housing targets in the region.
RDA chairmen are due to meet Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott and Chancellor Gordon Brown today to hear details of the comprehensive spending review budget increases.
