Industrial property specialists SEGRO and Roxhill have teamed up to buy a 125-acre prime development site in Rugby.
The site, known as Rugby Gateway, is located at Junction 1 of the M6.
The site can accommodate up to 1.8m sq ft of prime logistics assets and will be developed on a prelet basis with lot sizes ranging from 200,000 sq ft to 925,000 sq ft.
SEGRO and Roxhill were advised by CBRE.
